The Jude Jawhar Foundation exists to honor the memory of Jude Jawhar, a courageous young woman who battled osteosarcoma with unwavering strength and resilience.
Our mission is to keep Jude’s generous spirit alive by bringing our community together in an annual celebration of her life and legacy. Through this organization, we aim to make a meaningful impact by supporting crucial pediatric oncology research at Johns Hopkins University and by funding The Jude Jawhar Nursing Scholarship at Towson University, which supports aspiring young healthcare heroes.
ABOUT
Jude Jawhar
Jude Jawhar battled Osteosarcoma for four years before she passed away at the age of 18. Although Jude spent the majority of her teen years in the hospital going through multiple surgeries and chemotherapy treatments, she was an extremely motivated individual who had hopes of becoming a nurse to help other children going through a similar situation.
Throughout her difficult journey, Jude remained dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
